56 Piont PLC Characteristic of Electrical Control System:
1. The machine will stop if the paper is crooked: The paper is crooked with the machine is on the fast-printing speed, and the paper will not come into the rubber cylinder. Controling the paper to protect the mackintosh.
2. Automatically lower the paper: The machine has electric eye to check the height of the paper.
3. Automatically stop if the printed paper is in disorder: The machine has a device to check whether the paper is in a mess or not, if the paper in a mess the machine will stop automatically
4. Automatically offering ink; Only the paper has got the pressure from the rubber cylider and the impression cyclider, it will offer ink automatically
5. Automatically check the breakdown: The machine has PLC system can find out the reason of the stoppage and show us by 1/23-1/27.
6. Automatically stop when the paper block up: The machine will stop if the paper block by double-sucking. The machine will stop if the paper block up at the top electric eye (X22). The machine will stop if the top electric eye checked the paper, but the bottom electric eye can not check the paper.
7. Intellectually spurt flour: The machine can not spurt flour if the switch of the spurt is open, the machine will spurt when the machine is on printing condition, and the paper is under the spurt nozzle. The machine will do not spurt when there is no paper under the nozzle.
8. The function of the new electric eye:
The machine has paper checking indicator light. It is very convenient for the red light will be on if there is no paper. The green light will be on if the electric power source is on. It is also popular with its protection functionthat will harmless if the person conntect the positive pole and negative pole by confusion.
